TRAINING PROCESS

To bring the candidate to the level ofa trained security personnel and to break the current status, he is given training on the regular basis. The training is based on basic aspects, experience and site specifics so that he can handle complex assignments. The training is conducted in three stagessuch as Basic, on job and refresher

BASIC TRAINING

This training is given for seven days that covering activities likeDrill movement, Code of conduct, Telephone duties and mannerism, Escorting of VIPS, Service conditions, Uniforms & Equipment, Conduct with the staff and visitors, and Fire - fighting & First aid. We also provide them training in other things such as gate duties and filing essential documents at the Gate or Reception, search and frisking of persons, Car parking and Traffic control and Personal Hygiene and essential House Keeping duties.

ON THE JOB TRAINING

A session of around 30 to 40 minutes is devoted for "On Job Training" at the locations. We cover various basic and specific topics. The basic and specific topics that are covered are as follows

Basic
Source of theft and pilferage.
Control of men and material In & Out.
Manning of Telephone
Checking of ID Cards and Issue of passes
Patrolling of premises, dwelling units.
Liaison with Fire Brigades and police Station.
Conduct with the visitors.
Car Parking and Traffic Control.

Specific
House Keeping Duties.
Operation of lifts, Generator and ATM machine.
Fire Fighting.
Traffic Control during events & Parties.

DOCUMENTS & RECORDS

The following documents must be maintained at each site.
Location: Daily Muster Roll, Vehicle movement register, Daily occurrence Book, Visitor's Register, Daily Report Book, Attendance Sheet, Duty Individual Card and Out/ In register.

SUPERVISION OF GUARDS ON DUTY

Field Officers / Supervisors Twice a Day, Senior Staff - weekly. Also for Surprise checks and Manager - Once every alternate day

REFRESHER TRAINING

The Supervisory Guards and staff are put through refresher training for two days in 6 months. At this time, all aspects of duties are reviewed to make sure that the professional level is maintained. If the staff don’t take interest in training and performing their duties are given notice.
